Our story in Nairobi
Chair Hat Glass has watched station networks since 2012, when most operators still learned about faults from the weekly sales figures.
Sites on a highway network share a pattern: the busiest hours are early morning and evening, the connectivity varies enormously, and the nearest technician may be a county away.
Our desk is built for exactly that shape, with thresholds set per site rather than per fleet.
